It has been an exciting end to the year, with December typically slowing down the market for a few weeks as people enjoy the holidays. Going forward I expect things to pick back up again as they were during our busiest fall season in years.
With inventory depleting, you can expect to see a rise in average list pricing going forward. Combined with the potential for life getting back to normal, these nightly rental units could get even hotter!
